Shipping
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard 2–5 business days ($9.95, free over the threshold shown at the top of the page). Express 1–2 business days ($14.95). Tracking emailed on dispatch.
Returns
30 days from delivery for change of mind: unused, original packaging, you cover return postage. Refund to original payment within 5 business days of receipt.
Faulty items
Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major fault, with return postage on us. Email a photo and we'll sort it.
Sale items
Same rules. We don't do "final sale".
